Richard Aquilone, Jr.

Richard Aquilone is a mortgage finance executive with 30 years of experience in the residential whole loan market, having purchased more than $50B in performing and non-performing loans across the New York area. He has deep expertise in loan workouts, bankruptcy, foreclosure, REO strategy, and distressed asset management.

Richard previously served as Managing Director of Mortgage Sales and Trading at Spurs Capital, and held leadership roles at BAC Distressed Mortgage Partners and UBS Investment Bank. He holds a BS in Accounting from William Paterson University and both an MS in Accounting and an MBA in Business Management from St. Peter’s College, and has held Series 7 and 63 licenses.
