Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Victor has deep rooted appreciation for both community and adventure. After attending college in Pennsylvania, Victor dedicated 12 years to serving as a Police Officer, with 8 years spent as a member of a highly skilled SWAT team. This experience honed a strategic mindset, making him a problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure situations and embraces challenges head-on.
